A soft, wispy blouse of the finest chiffons, this piece is made-to-order (MTO) in remnant chartreuse chiffon. The piece features an art-deco inspired geometric lace trim insert. Turn around time is 2-3 weeks. The piece may be beautifully paired over the Androgyne bralette or a tank top.
