F.A.Q.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I ORDER?

We recommend placing your order at least 6-8 weeks in advance.
Since each piece is meticulously handcrafted with attention to detail, this allows us sufficient time to create a truly bespoke item tailored to your specifications. Should a rush order be necessary, we can discuss what timeline options are feasible considering project size.

CAN I MAKE THE SAME PRODUCT AGAIN?

While we specialize in creating unique, one-of-a-kind pieces, we also understand that certain designs can become personal favorites. If you wish to reorder a specific design, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, please note that due to the nature of our artisanal process, slight variations may occur.

CAN I BRING IN A DESIGN TO HAVE MADE?

Absolutely! We embrace your individuality and welcome your design ideas. If you have a specific design in mind, please feel free to bring it to us. We will work closely with you to bring your vision to life, ensuring that the final product meets your expectations and embodies the essence of our brand.

WHAT IF I HAVE A HARD TIME IMAGINING HOW A DESIGN WILL LOOK?

Visualizing a new design can be challenging. We are here to guide and inspire you throughout the design process. We offer personalized consultations to help you explore various styles, fabrics, and embellishments. We can also show you samples and provide sketches or digital mock-ups to help you envision the final product before it is created.

HOW DO I DETERMINE MY CORRECT SIZE?

We understand the importance of finding the perfect fit. At our in-person consultation, precise measurements will be taken to determine your correct size. This personalized approach ensures the most accurate and tailored fit for your unique body shape and preferences. During the development process, we conduct a minimum of 1-2 fittings to ensure accuracy and precision before delivery.

CAN I REQUEST MODIFICATIONS OR CHANGES DURING THE PROCESS?

Once the sketch and materials are selected, you will sign off on the selection. Minor adjustments can be requested throughout the construction process. However, certain modifications after the design is confirmed, may incur additional costs considering the amount of time or new materials necessary. These costs will be calculated at the designer’s discretion and will be communicated before further action is taken to complete the design.
